No commercial gain may be sought by websites offering digital files of our music, whether through advertising, exploiting databases compiled from their traffic, or any other means.

All participants in such digital music exchange acknowledge and respect the copyrights of the performers, writers and publishers of the music.

We reserve the right to withdraw our sanction non-commercial digital music should circumstances arise that compromise our ability to protect and steward the integrity of our work

The Chameleon Project’s Taping Policy

The Chameleon Project authorizes and encourages all forms of audio taping at any live show. No monetary or commercial value may be gained by the trading, broadcasting or sale of any Chameleon Project show.

No special technical consideration will be given to tapers. It is the entire responsibility of the taper to provide all necessary equipment. However, if convenient a board feed may be provided at our discretion.

Finally no taper shall obstruct the enjoyment of any other member of the audience as a result of his or her taping.
